In my opinion, one of the best things about living in East TN is the lakes! We are blessed in this area to be surrounded with 5 different lakes. No matter where you live in the area you will be able to get to one of these gorgeous lakes with in 45 minutes. Wither you to like to visit Norris, Douglas, Watts Bar, Cherokee, Melton Hill or Fort Loudon, they are all close by.
Sequoyah Marina at Sunset
This past week we rode over to Sequoyah Marina one evening to enjoy dinner at the marina on their outdoor patio while watching the sunset. Sequoyah is just one of many marina restaurants that dot our area lakes. Most are open daily during the summer season and then opened on weekends after labor day through September but that varies.
