In an recent article from "Keeping Current Matters" regarding the prediction of the real estate market for 2022. The article included the following.

This is what I am seeing as well. We diffently are still low on inventory which will keep this a sellers market but with interest rates inching up and more inventory coming on the marekt, I believe we will see a slowing on pricing.
